I need to reset my password
inKind can help you if you forgot your password or are looking to change it. Resetting your password begins with generating a password reset link.
To generate a password reset link

If you are logged in to the inKind App, log out.

Enter your email address in the Email field, then click Next.

ClickForgot your password? underneath the Password field.

Locate the email sent from support@inkind.com in your inbox (it may be in your spam folder)

Open that email
-
Click the Change my password link provided. You will be redirected to a new page.

Enter your new password.

Confirm your new password by entering a copy
-
Click Submit.
Log in with your new password

Return to the inKind App
-
Enter your new password
-
Click Done

The InKind app stopped working! And the Password reset is not working either! I’m not receiving the reset email it says it’s sending. Help!
Has InKind crashed suddenly? The site doesn’t work at all
I'm seeing the same as you… It's asking me to verify my email address and isn't sending the email.

Thank you! I'm attending a concert tonight and need to access funds on the app.
I deleted the app and reinstalled and that seemed to fix things. However, it may have been stuck on their end because I also got a ton of verification emails all at once
I tried that but got stuck in the password reset loop again, with no email arriving 😩

I had added more than $700 to my InKind wallet on March 10 and I had been using InKind without any issue until today. When I went to the InKind app, there was a message that said my account didn’t exist and my balance was $0. All my restaurant visit history was erased. I know I had at least a $300 balance in my InKind wallst as of April 30th because I had used InKind on April 30th at The Modern. Why was my account deleted and what happened to my balance????
